- All ammo sales are required by A.T.F. for us to have a copy of your Drivers License to verify age before delivery. All ammo sales will be shipped UPS ground with adult signature. We cannot ship to the following: New York City, NY -Los angeles,CA - Sacramento, CA - San Francisco, CA - Sandiego, CA - Oakland, CA - Cook county(chicago), IL - Baltimore, MD - Montgomery County, MD - and the following states: MA, HI. Any cancelled sale after 5 business days will be assessed a 6 percent restock fee. Any firearm returned after 3 days from delivery date will be assessed a 15 percent restock fee and all shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Any sale that is cancelled after the credit card has been processed will be assessed a 3 percent restock fee.
